OT - From the "What had happened was" files...

 Gurl....you are worst then me......when I was going to college in Arkansas....there were a lot of racial overtones...threats and the like from the local yahoos....well...i would always tell my roommates....halfway joking ...that if the KKK came knocking at our door...I was gonna grab a sheet, sneak out the back door...and very discretely join the angry mob at the front door.......... add my little base by yelling "come on out here ninja"!!! Hey....sometimes its about survival!!! LMAOooooo!!

But for real....all this is very sad!!!

This is one of the reasons I pulled my daughter from the main stream school system and now home school her.  The kids and the teachers and staff around her, with the exception of a few amazing individuals, were a night mare.  It was tortuous for her!!

Clayton County is like the wild west.  The schools had even lost their accreditation so the graduating seniors were in a fix about 2 years ago.  Fortunately some of them where able to work out something with their intended colleges so they could still enroll.  The demographics have certainly changed... it went from majority white to majority Hispanic and black.   Clayton County is rural yet it's full of gangs.

i kinda know somebody who know somebody that used to get juniors and seniors to jack up kids who got on my nerves...i mean my friend's nerves...all they wanted was some extra lunch tokens every day...
